What to expect - Kickboxing Class

With Kickboxing you get a full body workout. A typical class combines boxing, martial arts and aerobics to provide an overall physical workout. During a typical class there is no physical contact between people. All the punching and kicking is done on punching bags, focus mits, or in the air. So if you want to get fit, loose weight or even move like a fighter without worrying about being punched or kicked Ultimate Kickboxing is for you.

Whats done in this Class?

10 -15 minute warm up –Stretching & Skipping 30 minute Technique work 5-10 minute cooling down exercises & Stretching

Stretching is important both before and after class, to prevent muscle injury


What to expect - Muay Thai Class

Muay Thai is the national sport of Thailand and is all about the perfect technique. The sport is rapidly growing in Australia, and is fast becoming very popular amongst all different age groups. A typical Muay Thai class consists of learning the technique of using Fists, Elbows, Knees and Feet.

Whats done in this Class?

10 -15 Minutes warm up -Stretching, Skipping
30 Minute Technique work.
5-10 Cooling down exercises and stretching.

Personal Training

We offer personal training sessions, where you get a One on One class. During this one hour session you will receive one on one pad work with Ash, so if you are really keen and want go get pushed to you limits, this is definitely for you!

MMA (Mixed Martial Arts)

Ultimate Kickboxing Hoppers Crossing also offers MMA training on Wednesdays from 7:30-9:30pm.
